Torres is doubtful against the City Show

Fernando Torres may not be lowered in the face of Manchester City. Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez admitted was not sure I can play striker is still not fit it.

Torres had a couple of times a problem with his groin injury. He has been absent with timnasnya when Spain beat Argentina in action this weekend trial.

However, it seems too fast to play Torres. The manager, Benitez was not so sure he could play as squad Torres entertain City at Anfield on Saturday (21/11/2009).

“Fernando Torres was practicing with fisio. I think he will not be able to play,” Torres said as reported by Sky Sports.

However, good news for Benitez is a few players like Daniel Agger, Glen Johnson, and the captain Steven Gerrard almost certainly be performed against the City.

“Agger is okay. He just had a small problem in his back, but he’s still practicing. I think he’s good for the game this weekend,” said Spanish coach is.

“Gerrard also did well. He has completed a full training session on nii. If he’s still like that then he’s okay,” explained Benitez.
